I have had many CPR classes over the last few years but was never told this…..
Have you ever thought about it ❤️
When you are alone and have a heart attack. What are you gonna do then ?

A rarely good post that can't be shared often enough:

1. Take a 2 minute break and read this:
Let's say it's 5:25 pm and you're driving home after an unusually hard day's work.

2. You are really tired and frustrated.
All of a sudden your chest pains. They are starting to radiate in the arm and jaw. It feels like being stabbed in the chest and heart. You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital or home.

3. Unfortunately you don't know if you can make it..

4. Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself.

5. How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.

6. But you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly! Deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.

7. Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs and coughing movements boost the heart and blood circulation. Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat. Here's how cardiac arrest victims can make it to the hospital for the right treatment

8. Cardiologists say if someone gets this message and passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.

9. FOR WOMEN: You should know that women have additional and different symptoms. Rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. Often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue.

Yesterday was quite the day for little Doodle. She gave birth to puppies. Two came out feet first and did not get out fast enough but one made it and he is doing good. Doodle is recovering and she is a great mom.

There are still 2 puppies available from our last litter. One is black and the other is a sable merle. They are waiting to go to their permanent homes. Let me know by message if you are interested.

We are sorry if some of you had to read the rabbling of a mentally ill person that wrote a "review" on this page. It is one of Linda's daughter's. And for those who knew Linda knew she has a daughter who is hooked on M**h and couldn't do anything for her mother when she would call and ask for help or that would be told she was a f435986 b8236. Imagine calling your own mother that nasty, filfty name. It hurt Linda so bad because she did what she could for this one. Now that her money contributor is no longer here and that Linda did not leave anything to her, she is going all over FB posting about how nasty we are. So again I apologize for the mental comments.

If anyone is interested in an adult pet. There are two that will be available. One male and one female. Before they can go to their new home they will have their surgery. These will be pets only. Anyone interested may contact myself after I return from vacation about November 30. The tan is the female, her name is Nila. She is very laid back and would make a wonderful pet who loves to be pet all the time. She is a love bug. The black and white male is Royal. He was dropped off by his mom with hopes of sending for him but has not happened and has been with with the others for over a year. He needs to be the only pet because he also loves attention. Please if you are interested in either one or both, pray on it and let me know.
