I am doing a pet transport that has me taking Highway 57 through Illinois, I try to stop and see the George Harrison mural because it’s a fun picture stop and there’s lots of grassy area for dogs to have potty breaks. Ther last time I was here, I was transporting a beautiful Airedale named Kitty to her forever home in North Carolina. Today, I’m taking this dog, Lily, on a transport to her mom! We just stopped for a potty break and some fresh water & I thought I would share some pictures and also a little history about this mural of George Harrison…and why it is on a highway in the middle of Illinois!
