Good evening Big Heart Family, we hope you are having a great week.
With Mother’s Day approaching we wanted to reach out with some advice to ensure delivery of your mighty micros. If you are home, we look forward to seeing you, however we appreciate that many of you may be out being celebrated or celebrating all the wonderful mothers in your life. In which case, we suggest leaving a cooler with a towel or something similar over the ice or ice block so that we can still deliver your order and keep it fresh until your return.

Hello Big Heart Family.

We wish you all a very happy Easter Weekend.

For orders this week - We shall be delivering your tasty and nutritious micro green orders on Saturday this week to allow for you (and us) to enjoy Easter Sunday activities.

If you don't anticipate to be home, we suggest leaving a cooler or ice bag outside with a towel or something similar over the ice block or ice to protect the greens from freeze damage.

We shall resume normal Sunday deliveries next week.

Here is a pound and a half of delicious sunflower microgreens!

Boiled egg on a bed of Salad mix micros (arugula, broccoli, cabbage, kale, kohlrabi) topped with Sunflower, Speckled pea, and China rose radish microgreens from our Big Hug box. All of those microgreens, it’s hard to imaging a salad more nutritious and vitamin dense!

Just out of blackout, I love how this Red Acre Cabbage shines under the lights!

Researchers found microgreens contain up to 40 times higher levels of vital nutrients than their mature counterparts. For example, red cabbage microgreens were found to have 40 times more vitamin E and six times more vitamin C than mature red cabbage along with many other vital nutrients.
