This is WALTER, a 1-year old cattle dog mix who is being fostered by our friend Houston Dog Mom, adoptable through Heart of the Underdog.(HeartoftheUnderdog.org)

Sometimes your pup may need a little special something. Like this customer, Gisele, who stopped in a few days ago.

'We run by this place weekly and decided to check it out when one of our dogs had an upset stomach and wasn’t eating his kibble. We were surprised by the wide selection of fresh foods and found a chicken and rice flavor for upset tummies, perfect! Our sick dog LOVED the food, which was a relief because he hadn’t been eating well for several days. Now our other dogs want the yummy food too. We will definitely be back!"

New Years Eve tips for dog safety!

🎆 Walk your dogs before dusk and tire them out with some games in the back yard. Potty breaks only on leash and in a fenced area!
🎇 Provide a bone or other long lasting chewy treat. Chewing is a calming activity for many dogs!
🎆 Leave the television on if you’re going out for the evening. This will help drown out the loud booms!
👀 Check your yard for fireworks debris before letting your pets outside in the morning.

Our assembly line process involves measuring out the cooked Pup Food (in this case, delicious Pup Loaf 😋), filling the bags using a custom-made funnel system, vacuum ceiling, then flattening each bag for easy storage Stop by our store location at 743 W 18th street to meet the team!

Our inclusive kitchen and pup store includes individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or autism. Minor accommodations make a difference in our workplace. For example, some of our staff had difficulty opening treat bags by hand. It’s important to fully open the bags, so all that yummy goodness can fit inside! The solution?
