We can’t please them all 🤷🏽♀️ Unfortunately humid weather, harness type leashes, lack of brushing, lack of thorough drying and especially clothing on pups, can cause MATTING. It sucks this parent feels we did poor work on this puppy, by providing a haircut that was necessary and humane, and we feel still super cute 💕🎀
The groomer took her time to accommodate this apt last minute, outside of her drive boundary, did light de-matting to clip with a #4 vs #7 or #10, (to leave some fluff) added some flare with a bow on the topknot, and a completed service which all pricing and details are on the website and discussed prior to starting services.
We try our best to ensure pups are safe, looking, and feeling their best. Please let’s stop blaming the groomer or the company when things don’t come out exactly how you expected. It’s called a relationship- communication, education, let’s work together to get on the same page and execute “your perfect cut” but it takes both parties to their part in maintenance and understanding.
