Update: we went back 40 minutes later, and he was gone. Hopefully someone kind took him home.
Can any dog rescues assist with an abandoned pup? Been tied to a post for hours in the rain.

Six kittens! Safe for now but still looking for a longer term solution. Please contact us if you have an empty bathroom for mama to raise her kittens! Very little effort required from a foster.

Still looking for help with this mama and her kittens! Please share. Fostering a mom and newborn kittens is relatively easy because the mama does all of the hard work! You’re really just caring for mama and giving her a space to relax. No bottle feeding!

Meet Diego and Frieda! These two kittens were diagnosed with the dreaded Panleuk, but thanks to early intervention and great care from our vets and their foster family, they survived and are starting to thrive! They’ll be available for adoption soon - together!

New Service! Find a pet?

We have partnered with Space City Cats organization and now have a Pet Chip Scanner. The Scanner can be picked up at NO CHARGE form C&D Hardware during regular business hours.

The user may take the scanner with them and return it the next day. A photo copy of users drivers license and phone number is all we need.

Easy to use. Just press the button in the middle and wave over the pet. If chipped, the chip is usually on the back of the neck.

If the animal is chipped, a code will come up that can be Googled for information. What will come up is the vet associated with the chip or the company that keeps the information on the pet, NOT THE OWNER! Contact who is listed and they will get in touch with the pet owner!

We are raising money to help Charlie’s owners cover the large vet bill incurred to get him on the road to recovery. This was such a happy outcome for everyone involved, and we want to send Charlie home with a gift for his owners. Please consider pitching in!
