One microchip can make a difference!
"In 2021 we moved homes. In the process of unloading, movers left the door open and Oliver was gone. We alerted our local vet and put up postings about him to no avail. I assumed the worst, my daughter and I were completely heartbroken with the fact that would most likely would never see him again.
"Fast forward to September 2024 I was checking my spam folder in email and came across the email from CAP, notifying me that Oliver had been returned to the shelter after being scanned at a vet's office. I was completely shocked.
"I cried and the next day I was able to reunite with him. I was so sure he would have no idea who I was but I feel like being in that little room with him he remembered. I cried when they brought him in.
"We are so thankful to CAP for prioritizing microchipping. If it weren’t for that we never would’ve been able to bring our boy home!"
