Yes, we are still delivering and yes, we are flying a lot. We continue to bring smiles to families every day by ensuring their fur babies arrive safely, healthy, and with the utmost care.
Do we face unrealistic expectations at times? Yes. Are we trying to train and integrate new team members? Absolutely.
With that said, we kindly ask for your patience. We don’t have a team of 15+ flight nannies. We have a small, dedicated group of 3–4 active nannies each of whom also balances their own full-time careers. And as we’ve mentioned in previous years, the holiday season is our busiest time. If you need a delivery on a specific date, please reach out sooner rather than later, as availability fills up quickly. We get that selling a puppy can be last minute as well, so our expectations aren’t that high in regard to reaching out to us as quickly as possible. But please do be mindful.
Recently, we delivered a beautiful Standard Poodle from Nevaeh and her team, traveling all the way from Oregon to California just before Thanksgiving. It was a perfect match for an incredible family. We’re grateful for the trust and kind words our breeders share with their clients because truly, “without y’all, there is no us.”
Moments like the buyer’s reaction when her poodle arrived safely are exactly why I’m passionate about what I do.
