Stiff body had to muzzle and carry to next kennel 🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 2/10/25 S/O: - right eye cornea is cloudy with scleral injection and neovascularization. - there is white opacity of bilateral lens A: - OD ddx: uveitis vs. conjunctivitis - OU ddx: cataract vs. lipid vs. infectious P: OD terramycin BID x 10 days recommend private vet for further evaluation of the right eye with potential ophtho consultation 🏷 This pet can only be tagged by a RESCUE group but please remember all rescues need 𝗙𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 in order to tag this pet and save their life. Leashed and she walked on a foward leash. She was sniffing around outside. In the runs she was pacing and sniffing. Had to walk into kennel to get her to walk into it. 2/9 Prada had dilated pupils and a forward stance as me and another employer were standing near kennel talking. She began to forward bark towards us , I had a mask on thinking it was because of the mask so I removed it and she still charged forward to the kennel. Placing on adopt eval 02/09/25 2/10 Senior dog but very wiggly and energetic, walked ahead of me with bouncy steps, fast wagging tail. Did not want to go into kennel 2/10/25 Dog was outside being vocal, tail high wagging, and lick lipping. 2/9/25: Max needed a cone , the ACT in the row came to ask me for assitance. I went to go leash dog and tried to distract him using treats . As ACT started trying to place e collar on dog he began to thrash in kennel. So I decided to try again in the hallway away from other dogs. The dog tried to thrash again as the e collar was near his face. I tried to move out of the hallway and into South Nursery as a diffrent ACT tried assist. Dog began to trash and as ACT attempted to retrain dog thrashed and jumped up and began air snapping. Dog was stressed out . I walked him to Surgery to see if someone was able to assist . We tried to use the wall to prevent dog from backing out and then again thrashing. Due to dogs stress levels and behavior we decided not to try again. Due to dogs behavior will be placing on Beh Constl 🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: S/O: Patient had removed e-collar per A

Walks well on the leash with the same body language. 2/6 After opening, was deep barking when customers walked through row, redirected to begin trying to barrier fight through divider, even as other dog ignored her. Did better outside; during PM walk she was outside and customers went in to run to interact with her; she was wiggly and played fetch with customers, no reaction to neighboring dogs. Low wagging tail, walked with loose leash out to runs and back later. 2/8 When I approached her kennel, Ashura greeted me with a wiggly body. I leashed her and she walked outside on a loose leash. I tied the leash to the fence and through treats on the ground for her while I was switching out another dog. When I approached her to untie her from the fence, she bared her teeth at me and started growling and barking, possibly due to there being treats on the ground for her. I gave her a second to relaxed then I reached for the leash, ignoring her, and she had no reaction to me. I then left her in the run where she had a loose wiggly body. She walked back inside on a loose leash. 2/10 Could hear low growling from Ashura's kennel as I walked down row until she saw me, then became wiggly. Leashed and walked with semi-tight leash out to runs and then back again. Quiet

More energetic for PM walk; when I entered run to bring him back inside he play bowed and had zoomies before settling down and walking into leash loop. Azul will be euthanized 2/10 at 1pm without a local Houston foster or adopter 💔🩵Azul #A1991395 | 1Y 5M | Male | 56lbs | HW-I went to the shelter & told myself I just wanted to get a temp test of one dog and I didn’t wanna meet any new ones. Well this is how that went lol. I was looking for a dog to get a temp test with, and I saw Azul doing tippy tappies and had to get him out! He was sooo sweet and chill. He has a great fluffy coat and tail! The dog we tested him was jumping on him and at first Azul was like 😳 then he was like 🤪. They were hilarious to watch! He met a few dogs and did fantastic with all of them (all males!), but he did have barrier reactivity (low growl) one time when seeing another dog through the fence, but was redirected easily. He takes treats like a dream, even out of a volunteers lips haha! He walked on loose leash the whole time and just had a low soft tail wag.
