Afternoon Guys, I hope everyone is doing well. We are looking for sponsors to donate towards barn rebuild and clean ups. This includes stall cleaning and grooming. There are so many families inquiring for services and it pains me to see animals in these unfortunate conditions.

We do understand that everyone is experiencing some difficulties and losses due to Hurricane Berly, and the rains afterwards; therefore would like to help is the cleanup/preparation for the rest of the season.

Our target audience is those who are less fortunate/worse off than others or those cannot help themselves. No one will be left out, our main goal is to help as many families as we can.

We are currently servicing Houston and its surrounding areas. Please feel free to inquire about your location.

If you know anyone or any families that need help, or would like to donate or even volunteer, please feel free to PM me and we’ll get started!

Goud Morning Guys!

I’ll be beaning horses & grooming on the south side of Houston/Pearland are this morning and early afternoon. Stall cleaning and delivery services are available Tuesday-Friday next week. If you would like to be added to the schedule please pm or text me your info.

If you don’t already know what “BEANS” are hears a quick lesson:
—>A bean looks and feels like a piece of hard gray bubble gum. If your horse's sheath is exceptionally dirty, periodically the sm**ma can mix with more dirt, sweat and mineral salts from the urine and form “beans”.

& YESSS, you have to reach “IN THERE” to know if it’s dirty, and if it’s NEVER been done it’s also time to do it since can’t clean it themselves. Check on your Mares too. When’s the last time you cleaned her teats???👀

Put it on your minds while it’s dry!
Get stocked up and cleaned up!
Clean sheaths and clean shavings!
It’s too hot for your horses to be uncomfortable!

Continuation of the previous post, (part 2):

For those booking barn/stall/property cleaning services:
-When possible, please provide photos of the areas you want to have cleaned.
**providing photos gives us a view of the area and the insight to the tools needed for the job.

-All cleaning services have a base price and a cap,
**if we get started on a stall that’s “dry and hasn’t been touched in 2 months” and it’s actually wet, full of hay, and ammonia has set in, respectfully, the price will be updated.

**upon completion you will receive information and suggestions on maintenance/rechecks & scheduling.

-No request is too small or too large. If you or a friend just don’t have to time to clean stalls or knock down those cobwebs, dust/polish saddles and tack, or even move the feed you had delivered out of your barn hall and into storage/tack rooms…G7 Equine is here to help.

-If you are a realtor who deals in ranch homes and barn properties, and the new home owner needs someone to come and touch up the property before moving horses in, G7 Equine can and would love to help with that transition.

With that being said, when G7 Equine can help you we do our best to find you someone who can. YOU and your horses…your FAMILY are extremely important to us.

Good Morning Guys,

I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful Sunday Morning so far, I just wanted to come in and you touch bases with you all. (This will be a two part post)

First, Thank you to everyone who has been booking our services, we deeply appreciate your trust and your business.

Second, our website for booking has been updated. There is now a non-refundable $35 deposit for all services, this deposit will be credited towards your appointment.

This has been implemented to ensure our team can work efficiently and effectively. Your time is extremely valuable to us and we want to ensure you receive the full value if your appointment and experience.

For those booking western riding lessons,
-Serious inquires only, if you just want to pleasure ride please say that. We use a different set of horses and instructors.
-We strongly suggest booking at least two lessons a week.
**that can been done via the website or through text confirmation, deposits will be made at the time of booking.
-Age is important but does nothing matter, a 25 year old with no horse experience has no more knowledge than 10 year old with no horse experience, nor will you be expected to.
**Each and every rider will be helped accordingly. We are here to TEACH, and to have fun as safely as possible.
-Yes, we are getting Summer Riding Camp 2022 ready for you guys and I am very excited!

For those booking grooming services,
-Fall is pretending to be winter at the moment and the days are tricky.
**If you book a “bean and bathe” and houston switches from mid summer to winter. We will reschedule that service to another day.
-We ARE NOT offering body clipping, but I have a wonderful technician I can refer you to.
-Mane and tail detangling/braiding can be done no matter the weather, as well as our waterless shampooing service.

There are many other services that can can be booked/rescheduled accordingly.

Side note: It doesn’t take much to make your horses uncomfortable or make them “draw up”.
And in some cases even have behavioral issues.

~Just imagine having a rock lodged/around your your urethra.😖

Always monitor your animal’s, male or female, urine out put/water intake. If they are uncomfortable or in pain when trying to urinate he or she will drink less.

& For those who’ve asked, I’ve been working on instructional videos for you guys!!! They’ll be ready soon!🙃

Due to the mask order being put back in place and the most recent public safety alert we will no longer be doing IN PERSON tours/showing of the stable. Booking a virtual tour would be the best option to keep everyone safe during these trying times.

Current members, please DO NOT bring any guests to the barn. Our policy has changed to MEMBERS ONLY while feeding and caring for our equine.
