📝 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: Two-year-old 𝐒𝐓𝐘𝐗 was picked up and brought to BARC on 7/17/2024. According to 𝐒𝐓𝐘𝐗's notes, he's been super tense. He hangs out in the back of the kennel, looking nervous with whale eyes and lip licking. They had to use a long leash to lasso him because he was growling. Once they got the leash on, he walked out with his tail tucked in, and they used a hook to remove the leash. Another time, he was sitting pressed against the back wall of the kennel, really tense and flinching. They lassoed him with a long leash again, and he walked out with his tail tucked and ears back, keeping his distance. He did loosen up a bit and wagged his tail when he saw his sister, Cinnamon, outside, but he's still very tense around people.
Unfortunately, BARC has placed 𝐒𝐓𝐘𝐗 on the euthanasia list because of his behavior: (Stressed in kennel, growling and cowering in kennel.) 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐈𝐄!!!
Please consider opening your heart to 𝐒𝐓𝐘𝐗 and give him the patience, love, stability, a real home, family, and the attention that he really deserves. Please share this post so that the right person sees it and please pledge, if you are able, using the link in this post, so that rescues have the funds they need to continue their important work.
