Giving away a test dog mat for crates. The dig proof layer is sprayed on both sides. It is a little thick so it has a little less give than normal. The mat still has some comfort through. Mat size is approximately 33”D x 18 1/2”W.

Custom designed Deluxe Crate Mat heading to customer. This mat is a warranty replacement. However, instead of sending another mat that is exactly the same, we work with customers to send a crate mat uniquely fitted to their needs. This mat has a thicker top layer to make it even more dig proof. Plus the mat has been secured to the pvc frame border to prevent this dog from ripping the pvc frame off the mat. My number one goal is to take care of customers and their dogs!

"I lost count on how many “tough/chew resistant” beds I’ve gotten for one ignoring my dogs in her crate. She’s an expert shredder. She had even dig/chewed the plastic floor liner of the crate; she’d shred plain blankets too. It got to the point I couldn’t put anything in there aside from her tough chew toys - not blankets it bedding of any kind. And then I came across the Tuff Comfort mat.

I contacted Will via email asking if a certain size would fit in the kennel and he encouraged me to measure the inside dimensions and he’d custom make it to ensure the fit. He even made the surface as smooth as he could as I was concerned with calluses forming from Monroe laying on a tougher surface. It came packaged well and very quickly. I’m blown away at how well made it is.

Today makes 2 full weeks now it's been in her crate and she hasn’t been able to chew or damage it in any way. This is the longest any kind of bed it may has lasted I her kennel!!!! Expensive - yes. But i tell everyone about this mat because with all of the money I’ve wasted on other bed that claim to be chew resistant never stood up to their guarantee. Thank you for making an outstanding product!!"

So far so good... we tried everything before this, our pup would dig, chew, and eat every thing we put in her crate. But she hasn't been able to hurt this yet... plus, customer service was too notch... couldn't have asked for a better product or purchase.

My dog has always eaten any and all bedding we have given him. He digs at it first, then after it tears, he chews it up - swallowing things he shouldn't. This product is definitely dig proof. It does not tear. The deluxe version with the PVC edge keeps my dog from chewing the mat edges. It is not the softest of beds, but it is better than hard plastic or metal cage bottoms. I would recommend to anyone with a challenging chewer/digger. Good customer service."
