He enjoyed a day out of with his Doggie Day Out foster pals. Here's what they said about him:
Scooter can get pretty excited, but is able to calm down, and will stop if you tell him to. He gets most excited about meeting new people. He is best described as very sweet and playful. For our day out we went to Starbucks, Blue Herron Park, and Petco. He did well with loading up in the car and was calm when he saw other dogs. Scooter seemed to enjoy going for a walk and eating his pup cup the most.
Notes From Shelter: Due to Scooter's excitement, he would do best in a household with children over 12 years of age or an all adult household. *A home without cats.*
