We wanted to update you on the status of Fairbanks Animal Clinic and Northwest Pet Lodge.

There is still no power at the clinic as of 7:30 this morning. While the Pet Lodge does have a generator, they are still unable to access our software system and patient medical records since the server we rely on for this is at the clinic where there is no power. We have a team caring for our 4-legged babies and they are all doing great!

Our plan is to reopen Monday if the power is restored.

We apologize for the inconvenience and share in your frustrations but, unfortunately, we have no control over this situation. We are all eager to get back to normal and aim to do so as soon as possible.

Keep calling before you make the trek to either location to see if we are open since, at this point, it is impossible to predict when that will be.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all navigate this trying ordeal together.

We wanted to update you on the status of Fairbanks Animal Clinic and Northwest Pet Lodge.

There is still no power at the clinic as of 7:30 this morning. While the Pet Lodge does have a generator, they are still unable to access our software system and patient medical records since the server we rely on for this is at the clinic where there is no power. Yesterday, we moved the few pets we had at the clinic to the Pet Lodge where they would have a.c. and be more comfortable. We have a team caring for our 4-legged babies and they are all doing great!

Our plan: Staff that live nearby the clinic are stopping by regularly to see if power has been restored. If power is restored early enough in the day, we will make every attempt to reopen.

We apologize for the inconvenience and share in your frustrations but, unfortunately, we have no control over this situation. We are all eager to get back to normal and aim to do so as soon as possible.

Keep calling before you make the trek to either location to see if we are open since, at this point, it is impossible to predict when that will be.
