Stay the Preppy Pet Way with our climate-controlled indoor play areas, "The Country Club, The Yacht Club, and The Racquet Club," are designed for dogs of different sizes to play together. They are monitored by our staff and you can check on them through the internet with our Preppy Pet Cam. We also have a large grassy backyard area for the dogs to run around and play

with one another on our modular playground equipment. PREPPY SAFE

Our custom fabricated kennels are designed for comfort and privacy. Each kennel is private on three sides but completely open view out the front, which is important so that your dog does not feel boxed in. Enclosing a dog on all sides usually causes them anxiety and possible injury from jumping up and down or scratching at the door to escape, often hurting paws and scratching noses. The strength and spaciousness of our kennels allows us to welcome any size dog. PREPPY FRIENDLY

Our staff members love pets and while your pet is under our care, they are our Number One Priority. We provide 24 hour security, live fire monitoring and a veterinarian on call. Our staff training programs are comprehensive so you can be confident that experienced pet-lovers will be caring for your dog. PREPPY CLEAN

Our staff uses only animal friendly professional cleaning products and a special air purification system that helps kill and eliminate the spread of viruses. Our custom steel and poly kennel suites do not trap germs, a problem common with traditional chain link kennels, melamine board (compressed sawdust) or wood. We are so proud of our facility, that we want you to take the "Preppy Pet Smell and Tell Tour."

Welcome to Preppy Pet West Houston - “Your Local Affordable Pet Boarding, Dog Daycare & Dog Grooming Resort”

We Welcome All Sizes of Dogs and Breeds, Cats, Birds and Small Animals, Too!

Preppy Pet West Houston is a premier pet boarding, doggie daycare and dog grooming facility. Our mission is to provide safe, high quality pet care at an affordable price. How do we achieve this? Simple! We will assist you in customizing your pets stay to meet their needs and to fit your budget. We are not a one price, one size fits all facility because just like people - dogs and their needs are different as well. They may be young, old, active, not active, social or non-social. So why pay more for the all-inclusive rates and still not get what your dog really needs.

Have an active dog and would like for your four-legged friend to stretch their legs while boarding? Try our Indoor Play. We have a large room divided into three climate-controlled indoor play areas with four choices of play. All dogs are paired with same size and temperament of dogs, and can be watched on our Petcams while you’re vacationing.

Our doggie daycare center offers a fun, safe and healthy play environment that enriches spirit, increases social skills and builds confidence with hours of stimulation and exercise. We provide a controlled and monitored environment, in which approved dogs can interact and play off-leash throughout the day with other dogs for $19 a day per dog. We also offer 10 & 20 day discounted daycare packages, too.

Our site is a full-service 8,400 square-foot climate controlled pet resort with a covered drop-off area along with 24/7 monitoring services. We provide a large, grassy backyard for dogs to play, take potty breaks and stretch their legs, and three large indoor climate-controlled play areas with live web cams to accommodate our doggie daycare & boarding guests. We offer eight dog boarding suite sizes to choose from with rates starting at $21.95 a night. In addition to our affordable pet boarding rates, same family pets sharing the same dog boarding suite or cat boarding condo always receive a 50%. We also offer limited luxury suites for dogs, too. Our luxury cat condos are $20.95 a night.. Lastly, you can complete your dog's fun stay with a full-service professional dog groom or a refreshing departure bath.

No appointments are necessary to tour our facility as we provide them throughout the day during our business hours for your convenience. You're encouraged to bring in your pet’s food, bed, toys, & treats as we want to make your pets stay as comfortable as possible. We strive to do everything possible to make your pet stays with us fun, safe and affordable.
