Home staging, event planning/set up/serving/cleanup I am a full service private concierge. per hr (+5.

Services include:

CLEANING: 150. for basic clean (up to 4 hrs) using your equipment and supplies. *Please provide lightweight vacuum, some kind of bathroom cleaner with bleach, paper towels or microfiber cloths, lightweight (microfiber washable pad-type) mop (not swifter) and your choice of cleaner or see below for charges

*additional $25. week of a major holiday
*does not include laundry/bed ch

175. and up for first time booking or deep clean (up to 4 hours) using your equipment/supplies (see above for list of supplies) *deep clean is move-out/post renovations/post party clean, or homes that have not been regularly maintained *includes one load of bedding and one bed change per visit

*equipment charge (vacuum/equipment/supplies)- quote on request.
*Laundry and bed changed per request charge

HOUSE AND PET SITTING:
*Pet sitting *35. per trip and includes all family pets in most cases
*distance charge possible depending on location
*leash walks additional
*overnight pet sitting in your home 8-9 hours @135.
*Vacation check 25. and up

CHILDCARE: 15. each additional child)
Airport transport/additional concierge services 20. and up
party services (planning/errands/set up/serving/clean up) 35. per hour

REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AND CONCIERGE:
Real Estate staging, property management (Airbnb, etc) 35. and up
