HOORAY! It's Rocket's day to shine!
Happy national golden retriever day.

Rocket says, "Come by and see why this is the coolest breed out there. Bring me a scooby snack while you're at it."

Rocket is our very adorable 11 year old golden that walks the clinic, making sure everyone's crumbs are picked up off the floors. He's also occasionally seen carrying charts around for our receptionists, & he is the greatest at donating blood to our patients in need. We all love & adore this big lug. ❤️

We hope you are all staying safe and warm. Keep those tiny toe beans of your fur babies warm. Our clinic is closed but those that are boarding are all being well cared for by our dedicated kennel team. Happy snow day, Houston! We are hoping to be open tomorrow but we will keep you all updated.

UPDATE!
Remember Kobie, the owner surrender pup that WAAC had up for adoption?
Well Kobie has been adopted & has been doing so well in her new home. Our sweet silly girl has found her forever home. We are so grateful that she was able to find a home before the holidays. She has settled in nicely & has become a very beloved family member.

From Kobie's new family:
She is the belle of the neighborhood! She has met so many people since being adopted. She is so awesome. She is obsessed with rabbits that have built a nest in our bushes and she just goes crazy every time she's out there. So she is definitely getting her exercise.

This stray boy was found by one of our very loving doctors in the Montrose area. He told us to tell you all that all he wants for the holidays is to join your family. He comes with a year supply of heartworm & flea prevention, neutered, & fully vaccinated. Ask our receptionist for more details on adopting this big boy.

Meet Gumby!
This precious boy was abandoned by his previous owners. He is an 8 month old lab mix. Gumby is such a sweet and affectionate boy, he is so playful and has such a big heart! He’s very friendly and a happy-go-lucky king of guy who loves to spend his days lounging on the couch and going on adventures. He’s such a smart and curious pup who loves to explore and check out new sounds and smells. He loves playing with other dogs and is VERY submissive. Gumby would make a great family companion or anyone looking for a loyal and loving furry friend! He is fully vaccinated and neutered and does wonderful in a kennel. He is also potty trained and great on a leash! We cannot wait for his forever home! ❤️
