We are continuing to monitor the weather forecast for next Monday-Wednesday. Chances of snow/ice have continued to increase from Monday night into Tuesday.

At this time we will be OPEN for regular business hours on Monday 1/20. Decisions regarding Tuesday 1/21 will be made on Monday morning. As a reminder, make sure you have enough food and medications for your pet in case travel is hazardous during those days. Please make sure to give us 24 hours notice for requests. Stay warm!

🚨 Important Reminder! 🚨 The 4th of July festivities typically kick off this weekend. Don’t wait! Call us today to get the medication your furry friends need to make the holiday less scary. Let’s keep them calm and comfortable during the fireworks!

The lights are back on and the A/C is working! Late last night the clinic power was finally restored! It is still rather hot, and the clinic needs a little work to be fully up and running, but we are ready to start rescheduling the missed appointments. We will have a soft opening today for medication pick up and technician appointments only from 1-5pm. If your pet is in need of a non-doctor service please request an appointment via email, text or the PetDesk app and we will contact you to schedule this appointment. Please do not walk-in without a confirmed technician appointment. If your pet already has an appointment for Saturday or next week, these will continue as scheduled. If your pet's appointment was cancelled due to the loss of power over the last week, we will be contacting you this afternoon to get your pet rescheduled. Cypress Falls Animal Hospital will still have its scheduled Memorial Day closer on Monday, May 27th. We can't wait to get back to our regular hours on Tuesday, May 28th! Thank you so much for being patient and understanding during this time! We appreciate you all!
