We don’t know the outcome of the court case today about the man who abused this puppy from Sugarland❤️‍🩹.

But what we do know, is that Camo rescue’s Serenity Sloan that was rescued from this terrible situation will never have to worry about being abused again! This little cutie was adopted by her foster family today ❤️

The video (in comments) is extremely difficult to watch as a 9 week old puppy was beat by her owner because he said he had a ‘bad day’. She suffered a skull fracture, excoriations on her abdomen, a right rear leg fracture of her tibia and pulmonary edema likely from where he tried to drown her 🥹

Prayers up justice will be served!

Yet, in the playful company of her fellow dogs in her Austin foster home, Valentina blossoms, gaining the confidence to show her true self. She thrives best in a home with a calm, confident dog who can help her feel secure as she navigates new environments. With the right family, who understands her need for patience and gradual adjustment, Valentina will reveal her sweet and lovable nature. Currently, she is working on her leash and potty training, using her food motivation to make steady progress. My name is Angel and the name fits me perfectly. I was in rough shape when CAMO rescued me from a San Antonio shelter. I had a pelvic fracture and was pregnant. After successfully giving birth to 2 healthy babies and time to heal I am almost ready for adoption. I am spayed, had a dental cleaning and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. I have dry eyes so need easily administered daily drops to keep my eyes healthy. I’m 4 years old, completely house trained, know come, sit, stay and have almost perfected down. I’m a frisky puppy first thing in the morning but prefer playing with my human or another dog than playing with toys although I do occasionally play with those too. I sit calmly by your side for pets and love and am content to stay on the floor but might need help getting up there sometimes if you want me to cuddle with you on the sofa. I would make a great addition to any family, toddlers or the elderly.

Sylas, a charming 2-year-old Terrier mix, weighs 24 pounds and is yearning for a special home where he can truly belong. Having arrived as a Houston stray, Sylas is still navigating a world that feels daunting and overwhelming. While he thrives in the company of other dogs, his shyness and timid nature make interactions with people and new environments a challenge. Myles is a senior Shih Tzu rescued from the Fort Worth Shelter’s Euthanasia List for medical. He had multiple tumors on him that had to be removed and severe dental disease. He’s doing really well and he will make somebody a great little dog. 💝
