Hey Pawesome Kitties!🐾 We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to our operating hours on Saturdays at Houston Cat Hospital.
Upcoming Saturdays:

9/21 – CLOSED
9/28 – Appointments 8am-12pm

From here, we plan to take appointments every other Saturday as usual. In October, we have availability for doctor appointments on 10/12 and 10/26. Our weekday hours will remain unchanged, and we are committed to maintaining our exceptional standards of service.

With Tropical Storm Francine currently in the Gulf, this is a great reminder to always be prepared—especially while we’re still in hurricane season! 🚨🌧️ While the storm is not projected to majorly affect the Houston area at this time, it’s always best to stay ready and keep your furry friends safe.

Here are some helpful tips to ensure you're pet-prepared:
🐶 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Keep a carrier handy for safe and secure evacuation if needed.
🐱 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀: Pack a go-bag with at least a 5-day supply of food, medications, bottled water, and comfort items.
🐕 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Make sure your pet’s ID tags and microchip information are current.
🐾 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀: Keep important paperwork, like vaccine and medical records, in your pet’s go-bag.

Hey Pawesome Kitties!🐾 We are excited to announce a special promotion specifically for adult and senior cats! 😻

During August through October, we will be offering a complimentary blood pressure measurement for all cats 8 years and older during their regular check-ups. This non-invasive procedure helps us assess your cat's cardiovascular health and detect potential issues early on. Just like humans, senior cats can develop hypertension (high blood pressure), which can lead to serious health problems if left untreated. Early detection allows us to intervene and provide appropriate care to ensure your cat's well-being.
