As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, the Feline Medical Center family would like you to know that we will continue to remain open during our normal business hours and are happy to see your wonderful pets. We are reimplementing some CDC recommended changes to protect our employees, our clients and the Clear Lake community as a whole. We're working hard in an ever-changing, unprecedented time and sometimes it just feels like we're running in circles like this little hamster in the video.
- MANDATORY CURBSIDE: We are reimplementing mandatory curbside visits. What does this mean? We are not allowing lobby access for either appointments or medication/food pick up. We ask that you remain in your vehicle and call us at 281-480-5500 when you arrive. We will coordinate everything with you from your vehicle. We will need to know what make of car, what color and type (truck, SUV, 4 door car, etc).
You will still receive the highest level of communication from our team that you've come to expect. Your veterinarian will call you during the appointment to discuss any findings or just to let you know that your pet did great for their vaccinations.
* If you have an extenuating circumstance or event that would require you to accompany your pet directly into an exam room, please reach out to us prior to the appointment. Anyone entering the building will be asked a few screening questions and will be required to wear a mask inside at all times as ordered by Harris County.
- BOARDING: Boarding remains open on a curbside basis. We are not allowing any items other than food and supplements to stay with boarding animals. We have plenty of comfy blankets if your cat prefers them. We're happy to accommodate!
- REFILL REQUESTS: Please request all medication refills in advance to prevent a delay when you arrive for pick up. You can request a refill in advance by calling the hospital at 281-480-5500
- PAYMENTS: Since everything will be done curbside, we will need to take pay
