Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Cups

Ingredients:

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (vegan chocolate chips work well too)
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners for easy release.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, honey, and salt. Stir until smooth and pourable, then remove from heat.
3. Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated with the peanut butter mixture.
4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, pressing gently to form the base of the cups.
5. In a separate pan, melt the chocolate chips until smooth and glossy.
6. Spoon the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base in each cup.
7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has set.
8. Once set, remove from the refrigerator, peel away the liners, and enjoy.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Chill Time: 1 hour | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Kcal: 200 kcal | Servings: 12 cups
