Been doing this for many years in various configurations: harp ensemble, Gulf Coast Harpers, solos, etc. The past two years as backup for Sia Beaton. Wolf Pickus made his solo debut. We had some recording fun yesterday. Nicks' mom, Sia Beaton, has been a good friend for 20+ years. She's a Scottish and Cherokee historian, and singer-songwriter. New songs coming out soon, and then we start the Winter Solstice project.... how lucky we are that Nick has recording equipment and expertise. We'll work on the decor as time permits!

Chevelle has arrived at Melody's. I bought Chevelle upon learning my style 30 is in pretty bad shape. Kurt Berg introduced me to her, and delivered her today. She's a Venus Penti-C. Normally I don't name harps or give them a gender; but she has history so the name and gender stays!
