We are making a list, and checking it twice. We need fosters to give our staff a vital break! 🛎️

By fostering over the holiday, you allow our team to step away knowing all our animals are safe and sound in loving homes.

Pick Up: Before 6 PM on December 23rd.
Return: December 26th (or keep them a few extra nights until transport day)

RPM supplies are provided.

Remember: these pets are already adoption bound up north, so your role is purely as a temporary, loving host!

Short-term commitment, maximum holiday joy! Could a rescue pet be the perfect addition to your Christmas celebrations? 🐶🎁

We are looking for holiday fosters for just a few days: pick up is before 6 PM on December 23rd, and returns are on December 26th.

This commitment allows our veterinary clinic staff a crucial, much deserved break. Plus, you have the option to extend the stay until they transport! We cover all costs and provide everything (food, crates, medicine). Do not wait to apply!

Chefs for Paws, an evening where foodies and animal lovers come together to support Houston’s pets in need, is just a few short weeks away! 🍽

Today, we’re featuring Chef Suu Khin, the chef and creator of Burmalicious by Suu!
Chef Suu started ‘Burmalicious by Suu’ with the intention to preserve and honor the culinary heritage passed down in her family for generations. She also hopes to bring depth to the definition of Burmese cuisine.

In 2021, she was a finalist on MasterChef: Legends. She was also a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist for "Emerging Chef"! We are so lucky to have Chef Suu back at Chefs for Paws and are looking forward to another amazing year!
