Payments: All sales of live animals are Final. No sales to anyone under the age of 18 without parents permission. Proof of ID will be required for new customers. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur. We gladly accept cash, personal checks, cashiers check, money orders and credit/debit card through Paypal. All checks must clear the bank before shipping will occur. Our Paypal address is: [email protected] Payment plans: To place an animal on a Payment plan We require a 25% Non-refundable deposit. Payment plans will last up to 90 days unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon. If for any reason you can not continue with a payment plan any payments after the initial 25% deposit will be returned. Shipping: We ship all animals using ReptilesExpress. We guarantee live arrival when all of the following conditions are met. Shipping dates is agreed upon by both parties. Someone must be present to sign for and accept package on 1st delivery attempt. Weather must be within acceptable ranges. We do not ship animals when it is below 40 degrees or above 90. Any deaths in shipping must be reported within 24 Hours of arrival. Deaths incurred during shipping will be fully refunded once proof of death has been confirmed. Proof of death will need to be provided within 48 Hours. Any dissatisfaction with an animal must be reported within 24 hours of arrival, In the event that an animal is returned to us, the money will be refunded once the animal is shipped back to me at the customers expense. We will not cover return shipping costs.
