We are so excited to introduce the newest color sugar glider to the US all the way from Thailand.

Introducing Noir and Kieran, True Black Sugar gliders.

True Blacks are a recessive melanistic sugar glider. The sugar gliders you see referred to as melanistic here in the states, were very poorly and inappropriately named melanistic. The US melanistic(we prefer to call them Harley’s) are a coat mutation vs a color mutation. The new True Blacks are a color, and have a completely normal coat. Instead of calling them melanistic, or true melanistic, we have gone with True Black to avoid any confusion between them.

We can’t wait to get this new morph started here in the states!

Meet our new Red and White Giant Flying Squirrels! These guys are MASSIVE at an approximate 6-8lbs!

We were lucky to bring in a few pairs that already have their new homes in other zoos patiently waiting on them!
