We’re taking a break from carting kids around tonight and took Luna to visit W***y. 🥰

We just sent Maggie home after an extended stay, while her humans enjoyed a trip to Alaska. It was so fun having her here. We think Luna realized how much she missed her babies and she FINALLY went into heat!!! Yes, you heard me right…

If the timing works out, we will try again now for another litter. Stay tuned!

Opening weekend for waterfowl in Southern Wisconsin was this past weekend - we had an opportunity to take Luna on her first hunt of the season, and our two youngest on their first ever hunt.

Hooray - no more cone for Mr. Diesel!! (You’d think he’d be happier) 🤣

We’ve had a busy few weeks! Diesel had his stitches out and is still working on healing his tail (we’re back in the cone so he doesn’t lick), Luna was in heat (but we decided not to try for more puppies at this time), we rehomed a puppy (who is doing fantastic in his new home), and we had a booth at a local vendor fair (where we sold lots of fun gear for dog lovers).

Taking a short break and then ramping up for duck season.
