Meet Callie!
Callie is a beautiful chestnut and white paint mare. She stands 15.3 at 7 years old and has excellent conformation. Her color is sure to turn heads! Callie has a kind, sweet, and gentle disposition on the ground and under saddle. She’s easy to handle and lead. Callie stands tied to a post and in the cross ties while being brushed and saddled. She also stands well for the farrier, vet, and to mount/dismount. While Callie has been with us, she has been used for trail riding, lessons, horse camp, 4h horse shows, and swimming. That’s right! Callie does it all! She’s a great swimmer and LOVES to do it! She has been ridden down Kensington Metro-parks kayak River and didn’t bat an eye the kayaks, she swam right along side them. She has been shown in gymkhana events, showmanship, huntseat, and western. She has recently been started on the barrel pattern and loves it! Callie is the type you can give a bath to pop her on the trailer and hit the trails or show ring with no nonsense. She has an open flowing, and a smooth canter. Callie is not only pretty to look at standing still but stunning and breathtaking to watch while moving! Callie will excel in any direction you wanted to take her. Flint is as beautiful, talented, and kind as they come. He is a 2022 model, grey AQHA gelding with 4 stockings and a big blaze. He’s absolutely stunning. He has a calm and kind demeanor. Flint has basic reining training and has been used for ranch riding. He has been to several clinics and playday events and always handles every new situation with grace and ease. This gelding is as smooth as they come, with collected, comfortable gaits that make him a joy to ride every time you swing a leg over. He’s quiet, dependable, and incredibly versatile—whether you’re chasing cows on the ranch, polishing maneuvers in the arena, or simply enjoying a relaxing trail ride, Flint is your perfect partner. Stop your scrolling! Here is the ultimate safe AND talented pony with show experience and trick training! I’m proud to introduce and offer Pepper. Pepper is a grade welsh pony gelding. He is the pony that kids dream of owning and that parents trust to keep their kiddos safe. Pepper is a unique chocolate chestnut color with a beautiful thick flaxen mane and tail. He is 6 years old and stands a stout 12.1hh. Pepper is a pony anybody can ride! He walk trot and canters on a loose rein, steers with leg and seat, has flying lead changes, and has excellent breaks. He is more of a push style ride so he is not in a rush to get anywhere making him great for those beginners and timid riders. For the last couple months, Pepper has been working in our lesson program teaching all types of riders including the first timers to the more advanced students that jump and show. This fall Pepper showed in a few hunter shows in X poles and 2ft. He performed well and won a few blue ribbons! Pepper also rides western! He trail rides like an old pro. Nothing phases him out in the woods. He’s seen it all from the hills, creeks, ponds, thick brush, logs, mud, and wildlife. Just when you think Pepper couldn’t get any better well he is also trick trained! He knows how to sit and lay down on command. A tap on his left shoulder blade or on his left front ankle and he lays right down to get on or off. Pepper has wonderful ground manners. He will ground tie, cross tie, or tie to a post and stand all day to be groomed. He also stands for other things like saddling, farrier, mounting/dismounting, bathing etc. He is also well broke to drive Hook him up and head to town, a parade or take him sledding in a snowy day, he’s game to do it! He is a finished, safe, quiet, bombproof pony with absolutely no holes in his training! On top of that he has the talent and training to take your young rider to the winners circle. He’s a stunning buttermilk buckskin gelding with a nice mane and tail. Butter is the type of horse that anyone can hop on and enjoy! He rides English, western, and ba****ck with any bit or with just a halter and lead rope. You can ride him in the arena, out on the trails, or in the wide open field. He walks, trots, and canters with easy. His canter is absolutely delightful to sit on. Butter is eager to please and is a quick learner. He has yet to say no to anything we ask of him. Butter is not the spooky type. He remains cool, calm, and collected in any new situation and place we take him. He has countless of trail miles under his belt. Meet Mischief Acers Ember!
Here is a very special girl that we absolutely adore! She was born and raised on our family’s farm. Ember is as sweet as can be and as cute as a button. She is a pure bread section A welsh pony out of imported stock. She will mature about 12.2hh and currently stands 12hh. Ember is 5 years old. She is a pretty chestnut with a white blaze. Ember is a joy to ride and currently working in our lesson program. The kiddos love riding her and is a favorite for many of our students. Ember has a nice quiet walk, a floaty flat kneed trot, and the most delightful canter. She knows both her leads, has a flying lead change and jumps right around! She rides a snaffle bit, is soft in the mouth and has great breaks! Ember has great ground manners and you can catch her anywhere out in the field. Meet Chickpea! Who doesn’t love an all around, broke, quiet haflinger mare? Chickpea is an and adorable girl with the sweetest personality. Chickpea is the type that is willing to do anything you ask of her. From sledding in the snow to blazing the trails she’s game! She is a stout 14.2hh and 14 years old. Chickpea has the foot and bone to last a lifetime and the most adorable blaze on her face! She’s got the most beautiful blonde mane and tail! She is a very loving gal, who is loaded with personality. Chickpea has done just about everything from trail riding, arena work, driving, to teaching beginners. Her breaks are good, she is a comfy ride, and he has a soft mouth to ride in any bit or even a halter and lead rope! Chickpea is a perfect mix of whoa and go. Her calm temperament and easy going demeanor makes it easy for any beginner rider. She takes his time and takes care of his rider. For a more experienced rider she is also great! Meet Patch.
He is a stunning bright chestnut with a big blaze and a white patch on his hip. He stands a solid 16.2hh at 14 years young. Patch is beautifully put together and has great bone structure. He is 75% quarter horse and 25% percheron. He is not to big for most but big enough to take up any riders leg or carry a heavier person. Patch is slow and steady in everything he dose. He has been extensively trail ridden and is not one to shy from anything. Deep woods, water, logs, flags and tarps are not an issue for patch. He will walk trot and canter. I am proud to introduce you to Yukon! He’s something special, something unique and something with a huge heart. Yukon has the appearance of a unicorn with eyes that bring comfort with a glance. Yukon stands 16.2hh at 12 years old. He’s a stunning dappled grey and white paint. Yukon is a very substantial guy. He has great conformation, solid bone structure, excellent hooves and he’s well muscled. Yukon is loaded with personality. He gets along with most everything in the pasture from the cows to the donkeys; he’s everyone’s best friend. He can live in or out and is content either way. He loves people and attention. Yukon stands like a rock for grooming tacking and mounting. Under-saddle he comes equipped with 3 stellar gaits, a quiet walk, a floaty trot and the most comfortable canter around. Cleo! She’s a unique draft cross. Her mom is a quarter paint and her dad is a Brabant. She stands 16.1hh at 5 years old. This unique cross made the most beautifully put together and colored mare we call Cleo! Shes a black roan with just enough white and she’s got incredible conformation. Shes very well muscled and has great bone structure and solid black hooves. Cleo walk, trot, canters with ease. She can collect and extend all of her gaits. Shes got a fantastic stop as well. Cleo works off seat and leg ques. She knows lateral movements such as side passing, pivoting, leg yielding and she’s even got flying changes. Cleo is fantastic in the arena, as she’s very balanced. She has been jumping full courses effortlessly. While maintaining a great rhythm. She has also been trail ridden all over. Woods, water, open fields, big groups, out alone, down the busy road or around wildlife she has no cares. Cleo has also been working cows, rounding up, sorting, and has even participated in a few break away roping events. If you want to get into cows she’s totally game, if you want to enjoy trails she loves it, if you want to have a great hunter jumper type she’s also a good candidate.

Meet O’Neill! If you’re looking for safe steady and dependable this beautiful percheron is your man. He stands 16.3 at 15 years young. O’Neill has done everything from trail riding to working for a commercial carriage company to teaching new and young riders and drivers the ropes. He’s got an excellent resume and is looking for a loving home who wants to hop on and enjoy a slow ride or an afternoon drive quietly down the road. Oneill has one of the sweetest dispositions you will ever meet. He’s a stunning jet black with the kindest eyes. Oneill loves to putz down the trails. He will take his time allowing his rider to enjoy the Scenery or a cold beverage. Oneill is the type you can ride once a week or once a month and he will be the same. Meet Bruno!
Here’s an in your pocket gelding that has it all! He will check off a lot of boxes! Bruno is a beautiful palomino grade quarter horse gelding that is 8 years old and 14.2hh. He has a long blonde mane and tail, white star, two white socks, and kind eyes. Bruno has correct conformation, strong barefoot hooves, and a nice stocky quarter horse build which makes him perfect for most riders of all sizes and ages. Bruno’s resume is very extensive as he is a well rounded horse that has done and seen it all! In the arena he rides at a walk trot and canter, jumps up to 2ft with room to grow, he’s started on the barrel and pole pattern, and is learning all of those fancy buttons such as pivoting, side passing, and working the trail obstacles. He rides both English and western in a snaffle bit or a light curb bit. Bruno is not the spooky type. He’s been exposed to tarps, balls, traffic, dogs, farm animals, water, pool noodles, bridges etc. Bruno has done more trail riding than anything! He will lead or follow or ride out alone. There’s nothing out on the trails that Bruno can’t handle. Water, hills, logs, rocks, and wildlife is not a problem for Bruno. He handles new places very well! He’s been hauled all over Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. On the ground Bruno is easy to catch, lead, and bathe. He stands well for mounting/dismount, grooming, tacking, and for both the farrier and vet. Bruno is a wonderful all around horse! Meet Shana,
This gorgeous mare is 15.2hh at 7 years old. She has nice shapey conformation making her stout enough for almost any size rider, but not too big for the smaller riders. Shana has eye catching looks that will turn heads. She has stunning buckskin and white coloring and big doe eyes. Shana is as sweet as she looks. She will ground tie, stand quietly in cross ties even when a group of children are doting all over her. Shana isn’t fazed by anything- bring her on a trail with deer, through water with kayaks, down the road, and even in an arena full of screaming kids, she doesn’t bat an eye. Shana has 3 delightful gaits all of which are very adjustable, she will collect up to a nice jog or lope, and can be pushed into a beautiful extended trot and open flowy canter. She knows how to move on and off of leg and seat pressure. She will pivot, side pass, stop on a dime and lope out of her tracks! All of the buttons are there. She is one of the most comfortable horses you will sit on. Shana is a horse who aims to please her rider as much as possible. She’s a smart and gorgeous mare who would make a perfect mount for a 4-H rider, equestrian team kid or even for an avid trail rider. Shana has been use in 4-H and competed in everything from hunter hack to western pleasure, trails and all of speed and games!
