We started Kindred Souls Canine Center in response to the disturbing fact that 70% of all dogs in shelters are there due to behavior issues. We offer a variety of services in a country home-like environment, designed to enhance the relationship between people and their dogs. Our goal is to help establish a lasting bond between dog and owner by increasing their ability to effectively communicate wi

th each other. All of our methods are positive and individually tailored to suit the dog's personality and the specific needs of the owner. We produce well mannered and, more importantly, reliable dogs. We offer:

This is Carmine!!!!!!! He needs a HOME!!! I personally LOVE this boy, and if I didn't think Frankie would run away from home ( He still thinks Shelby is just "visiting", I would adopt him. He is available at the Animal Welfare Association in Voorhies. I have worked with this dog and he is brilliant!!! BUT, he is a typical 1 year old GSD and needs training, consistency and work. He is high drive. I had him working OFF-LEASH in an exercise pen at the shelter. He needs a job and will do it well. He should be the only dog in the home ( he's working on his insecurity around other dogs) BUT like most GSD's, he is CHOOSEY about his dog friends. But he was non-reactive when I walked him past other dogs.. GERMAN SHEPHERD EXPERIENCE IS A MUST...as I will not see this wonderful boy bounced around. These dogs need strong confident guidance to be their best. No kids under 12, Carmine is full of energy that needs to be channeled positively, not learning to chase kids.
