You asked and we answered!

Open Rally and Agility practices are back on the following dates (future dates TBD):

FEBRUARY 1ST
FEBRUARY 8TH
FEBRUARY 15TH

This is a drop in event, so no reservation required. Check this page before heading out to the farm to be sure there aren't any weather related cancellations.

Private ring rental also available on these dates outside of these times. You can schedule private ring rental by emailing us at [email protected]

We will be adding another event like this in either March or April. If you are interested in an instinct spot should one open up at the February event or being notified when we announce future dates, let us know by emailing [email protected]

If you have wanted to get involved in our herding program, this is a great first step. In anticipation of opening our appointment books back up this spring as the days get longer, we are offering a seminar and instinct day. Heck, if you're just fascinated with the sport, you WILL enjoy this seminar!

This seminar will explain our program and philosophy and offer 8 lucky dogs the opportunity to get instinct tested by Kelli on ducks or sheep after the seminar.

You do NOT need to be currently enrolled in class to participate but do need to be ready to complete searches so if you know anyone who might be interested that isn't in our classes, pass the word!

While our drive and parking lot are plowed, we understand there are many who are still not able to make it out of their driveway/neighborhood.

Storm and Dory were asked to "Stay" for a picture. I think they are slightly annoyed at Darcy enjoying "Nature's A-frame" while they were told not to move...🤣

We have been busy prepping all morning for winter weather here at the farm. We are currently in a Winter Storm AND blizzard warning this weekend.

We have been moving feed bunks to create more indoor feeding areas, hooking up the snowplow, placing new bedding for the ducks and chickens, filling water tanks and placing tank heaters, etc.

Taking care of stock during this kind of weather is a LOT of work!

Seems like "perfect" lambing weather too...🤦‍♀️
