This is just a few pictures of a rental that'll be ready in a few days it's been painted from ceiling to floor new linoleum cabinets hot water heater bathtub sink and vanities have all been replaced the trim was taken down it's been painted to match the doors countertops are in has new washer dryer stove refrigerator brand new central heat an air conditioner was installed yesterday. Also we put a new tiif on it. There was no leaked just being safe

This is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath all new paint sheetrock carpet linoleum tile and the smartcore floors in the kitchen and the living room it has all brand new appliances stove refrigerator washer and dryer comes with a fenced-in yard trash is included

Our rental's are smoke free, no pets. It is a must to be able to pass a background check. The lots are fenced in 4 ft chainlink fence.

This is a 3 bed room 2 full bath
Its not ready. I have to put a new light fixtures in we have to put laminate floors down we're going to go back and put trim on top and the bottom and painting all the bedroom bathroom doors we have to add the cabinets with sinks so we've got another few months before it's ready we're not having pets in it due to the price of this costed the prior tenants has made it to where the new tenants cannot enjoy a pet it'll be on car rentals on our webpage soon but this is just a little bit of before and after they'll be more pictures follow as the progress grow I have to put a new light fixtures in we have to put laminate floors down or going to go back and put trim on top and the bottom and painting all the bedroom bathroom doors have to add the cabinets with sinks so we've got another few months before it's ready I'm not having pets in it due to the prices it's costed the prior tenants is made it to where the new tenants cannot enjoy a pet it'll be on car rentals on my web page soon but this is just a little bit of before and after they'll be more pictures follow as the progress gose
