Brood prospect- 10 week old black jr doe. This girl is show marked but she is BIG. She’s already 2.5lbs and I expect her to finish just over 3lbs, so she will not be showable as a Sr. She’s a sweet girl and is showing good potential even with her large size at this age

A little late posting but I took the kids out to the show in Coldwater MI last weekend! We had our 4th annual Angie Finkbeiner memorial show and I was honored to win BOB with MG Asiago! Asiago went on to win BOB in show A and my jr doe MG Pax won BOS at her first ever show! Congrats to Addison dick on her BOS in the specialty and her wins in show B:)

Went down to the Kentucky State Convention this weekend! Super fun theme and cool specialties. I showed by myself so my rabbits won each class by default😎 The fun part was MG Asiago winning reserve in show for the “mall rat mania” specialty they held! This specialty was for rabbits under 5lbs.

MG Goose gets an honorary mention for winning reserve in show for the “back to the 80s” specialty. This one was for breeds approved in the 80s. Only 2 other breeds showed up for the BIS but hey, he still got a cup🤩

My mom let me out to a show without her so of course very few pictures were taken. I headed out to the Ohio Mini Convention for the first time this weekend! The showroom was awesome and there were tons of vendors (I got so many trinkets). Dwarf Hotots had a low turnout but certainly now low on quality rabbits! We had 3 open shows and a specialty by the Triple Crown Dwarf Hotot Club ran by Paige Mentel. Shoutout to Paige on running another great specialty, love the awards!

Not a lot of pictures but we headed out to Canton Ohio for our Triple Crown Dwarf Hotot Club’s double specialty! Thanks to Paige Mentel for running this show and for supplying some cute awards!

I did something I don’t usually do and showed a rabbit that wasn’t born on my farm. His job was to fill in for my bucks who couldn’t go due to molting and he went above and beyond of course✋ Lake Effect Jiggalo took 3 Best of Breed wins this weekend, so congrats to Paula Courtney on those wins!

ADHRC national weekend done and in the books! Though I didn’t win any big prizes im thrilled with how my rabbits did on the show table. It’s been almost two years since I lost almost my entire herd to bordetella and I never expected to build back up so fast. I’m so greatful to everyone who sold me quality stock or stock with my lines behind them, and a special thanks to Paula Courtney for sharing her beautiful stock with me. A lot of these babies go back to her stuff and it has made all the difference in my barn🥰

Had a great weekend in canton Ohio! Got to show with breeders we don’t normally see and it was a great turnout for dwarf hotots!

In show A on Saturday MG Crinkle (sr doe) took BOB and MG Goose (sr buck) took BOS

Then for show B MG Goose took BOB!

For Sundays show I only stayed for one show as the weather was getting crappy, but MG Goose took another BOB. He won the sr buck class in all 3 shows he was in this weekend!

I took out a bunch of of young juniors for experience before nationals, but MG Gouda (jr doe) surprised us today by winning 1st out of a deep junior doe class. The judge was super excited to see a blue banded hotot on the table!

It was awesome to see such great numbers at this show. Can’t wait to see what everyone brings to nationals next month🥰
