It’s exhausting being so good! I attended my third quarterly corporate meeting with my amazing sponsor where I did a little demonstration of my skills. Then I settle very nicely so the kibble coordinator could fix herself a build a bowl for lunch.

Did you know? Your gut is where your body digests and absorbs nutrients from the foods you eat, giving you energy to perform daily bodily functions. “When we have low energy, gut health is not necessarily the first thing you think of, although it should be!”.....I wish I would have known about gut health a long time ago I would have had less problems all these years. You can only eat so many vegetables to try and clean yourself out but if your gut isn't healthy it isn't going to absorb the vitamins and nutrients they have or even the medicines you take. Many people may think they are eating healthy but they are really still lacking the things they need to make their body process right....the more you know!

OK for those that don’t watch reels, this is day three after shampooing with the EDEN line. We got caught in the rain last night at dinner and still no frizz, also it’s super humid today and all I did was run a brush through it when I got up.
