This gorgeous gal is Pepper and shes a 3 year old Pittie. 🤍🖤

She's been patiently looking for a home for almost 4 months. Pepper is a very low key pup who can be a little timid in new situations, but once she opens up she's a total love! 💞

Pepper cannot live with cats or young kids, and a low key dog that respects her space is best for her. 🐾

Abby and all of the other adoption dogs at CGHS want to give a huge thank you to the anonymous donor who sent us tons of extra large nyla bones for our adoption dogs. 🦴

We received a box from Chewy yesterday with several large and extra large nyla bones to help with our pups mental stimulation. 🥰

He's the SWEETEST 5 month old who's wise beyond his years. He's at his happiest when his in the arms of his favorite humans... or on their shoulders. 🤭

He loves playing with other cats and would benefit from having another feline companion. 🐱 He has some special needs, but they're manageable for any dedicated cat lover. ❤️

We recently featured him, but our staff are so in love with this dog, that we wanted to feature him as our Dog of the Month for July! 🥰

Ace is a 2 year old heart throb and we just can't understand why he hasn't been adopted yet? 🤔 He's got that classic Husky personality at times, but most of the time he's a total lovebug. 💞 He's good with other dogs but cannot live with cats or small animals. 🐾

We also have Penne, a gorgeous orange tabby who is our Cat of the Month of July! 🧡 She's the perfect mix of sweet and spicy, and would make the perfect companion for any cat lover. 🥰

Both of their adoption fees are sponsored for the month of July! 🌟

Meet Batman and Robin, two stunning Manx cats ready to leap into your heart (and maybe onto your windowsills). 🌞 While their superhero names suggest they’re a package deal, these two aren’t tightly bonded, so they’re cool with flying solo. 😀

Batman’s the more mysterious of the pair—cautious in new surroundings 😶‍🌫️while Robin’s got main-character energy and isn’t afraid to strut her stuff. They both bring plenty of purr-sonality to the table, with Robin being the bolder sidekick. 🐱

Mental stimulation is essential for our dogs’ well-being, especially in their kennels. We currently have many large dogs but not enough large toys to keep them engaged.

We’re in need of large and extra-large Nyla bones (or similar hard bones) and welcome donations of gently used toys. 🦴 Donations can be dropped off during our open hours of Monday-Saturday from 11:30-4. Or they can be left by our front door if brought outside of our business hours. Every contribution helps keep our pups happy and healthy! ☺️
