Dogs speak to us through body language. Learning how to interpret that language will allow you to know what your dog is feeling. When we listen to those feelings, we can help our dogs through tough situations and help them to know they can trust us to keep them safe. Once you can do this, your relationship with your dog will change forever. And because we listen to them, their trust in us is amplified. In reality, socialization involves introducing a dog to a variety of stimuli (sights, sounds, smells, experiences) in a positive and controlled manner.

Socialization helps to create a behaviorally well-rounded dog.

Joyce Moore Dog Training will be offering digital products, online coaching, and online training in preparation for retirement. It's been 20 years and as much as I would like to continue forever it is time to slow done. I have had the good fortune to meet some amazing dogs and their awesome pet parents over the years.
