I’M OVER THE MOON! My youngster Greer, at just 2 yrs old, did a thing at her very first trial last weekend (and my first trial in nearly 3 years). She attained all three started titles AND went on to get her open duck title as well. She won 11 of 15 classes including her last run in open ducks with a 114, and won the Most Promising Stockdog buckle. This was a full trial, with stiff competition which makes her accomplishments all the sweeter. I would first like to thank Barb Moe for allowing me to take Yasny to Dually, Kirsten Cole McMurray and Camby Scott for being our judges, Carol Ann Hartnagle and the High Plains Australian Shepherd club for all their hard work and an amazing trial and last but not least, my wonderful husband Cappy Pruett, for everything he does to help me on this journey, including handling Greer on the ducks.
