Good morning, Houston! 🍄 Tents are up! We’re out at our usual Saturday market spots today — The Woodlands Farmers from 9am-1pm at 7 Switchbud Pl. The Woodlands, TX 77380 and Farmers Market at Grand Parkway from 8am-Noon at 1225 W Grand Pkwy S. Katy, TX 77494. Ya’ll come say hi and stock up on fresh mushrooms + our Lion’s Mane and Reishi tinctures (no additives, no sweeteners).

What to cook tonight:
• Lion’s Mane “scallops”: thick slices, hot pan, butter/oil, 5-7 min per side, finish with salt + lemon.
• Blue Oyster: tear into pieces, sauté until edges crisp; great for tacos, pasta, or eggs.

Hey folks! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Tomorrow we’re back at it at our usual spot… except The Woodlands Farmers Market, which doesn’t resume again until the weekend of Jan 4th.

Tomorrow we’ll have Pink/Gold/Blue oyster, Black Pearl, Lions Mane, and a small batch of shiitake. Come early!
