New boy at the shelter. Picked up on 800 block of Main this morning just after 7. He is a big old squishy baby. He is sitting in the shelter crying because he wants to go home. If this is your dog or you know who he belongs to please call 620-544-2020 to make an appointment to claim him.

Found
Found orange medium long hair cat. He is currently at 17th and Industrial. Finder said very sweet cat and it looks as if other kitties have picked on him. If this is your cat he was outside at their house just hanging out. Probably still there or in the area.

Bubbles is missing from the 100 block of VanBuren. Owner is worried and her young son misses his friend.

We are going to have another wind event. Secure your fences and make your dogs safe. Mother Nature has been tough lately don’t leave things to chance. If you don’t secure your stuff it may end up somewhere else and so will your dogs. Wind scares them given the opportunity they will try and run from it.

These 8 puppies are still looking for rescue or a good home. They have been wormed and vaccinated for parvo/distemper twice. They are approximately 14 weeks old.

This little dog showed up at Jarod Medina’s house. He is planning on holding it for the owner to claim until tomorrow then it will have to go to the shelter. Jarod lives on the 900 block of Lincoln

MISSING
Nya has been missing from 716 1/2 S. Monroe since early this morning. Owner and I have looked all day. We have had no sightings of her. Her owner is very worried about her. If you have any info or sightings on Nya please call Hugoton Police Department at 620-544-2020.

We got a couple update photos of Luna from her adopter. Luna was one of three puppies that we had at the shelter that had been abandoned. All three girls were lucky to get adopted into very good homes. 🥰🐾 Luna is getting big!
