Client fish that is a brook trout, but when I first saw it. I was thinking splake hybrid or even bull trout. The tail tells the tale.

Many folks, for a 2 fish mount want one facing left and the other right. This can work if they are not staring directly into eachothers face. More natural to have both going the same way, as fish often do.
