Currently we have a total of 71 animals in our care. That is 33 Dogs and 38 Cats/Kittens. We have only 27 dog kennels so that means the others are in pop up crates or staying in a yard. Here are some Pictures of available dogs. We will be making a list this week of dogs that we will have to euthanize because we have no space. most of the dogs have been posted or message us if interested.

Meet Leia!

She is a very very sweet solid gray female, but has some damage to her eye and needs to get treated to make sure it doesn’t get any worse 😞 We aren’t sure what the total for her treatment will be, but she will be going to the vet in the next couple of days for an initial assessment. Any help covering her bills would be appreciated! We will update as we know more.

It is with great sorrow to make this post.

These dogs are on the euthanize list. They are on the list some or all of the reasons listed: Behavior, mental health, or space. We have contacted rescues and have received no replies. If they do not get adopted or pulled by a rescue by this Friday 7/26/24 at 11 am they will be euthanized. We have put of euthanizing for as long as possible but unfortunately we have to make these tough decisions.

These 3 dogs are running in intercontinental village. We cannot catch them. And we were told they were killing cats. Please let us know if you know where they belong.

This sweet girl is one of the poor pups that came down with parvo and she unfortunately didn’t make it. 😭 We are trying to build up an emergency fund to give these babies the best chance they can have - any donation will help!

The shelter is battling Parvovirus, we have lost 3 puppies and 1 adult dog so far. We do not have the funds to treat this virus unfortunately. Our partners at Friends of the Humble Animal Shelter are taking donations to help with the cost of treatment. We would like to start building the funds for the future dogs that are bound to get it. Treatment is $600 minimum per dog. Time is not on their side once the symptoms start. If we don't have the funds to treat, we will have to humanely euthanize.

Please consider donating to our partners so we can try to give the pups a fighting chance that they deserve.

We have another litter of kittens in need of a foster!

They are barely 4 weeks old and will need bottle feeding for at least another week, maybe two - we will supply formula and bottles. Please let us know if you can help.
