Eclectic Acres Farm

Know what you’re buying. This picture has store beef(right), and farm beef(left). There is an obvious visible difference between the two but the differences don’t stop there!
1. You may notice the color difference in the picture. The store bought is pumped full of additives and preservatives, including propyl gallate, to protect against spoilage due to long term air exposure.
2. There isn’t a guarantee of where that beef came from, OR how many cows are in it.
Yes, it may have the USDA label on it but as long as that animal was packaged in the US, it can be called a Product of the USA.
And yes, the meat in the right package is not from one single cow, rather scraps from multiple cows. It may have come from Argentina, Canada, or Brazil.
3. The beef on the left is fresher, darker and is farm raised beef. It is filled with more nutrients & flavor. The ground is also from one cow and not just low quality scraps from multiple cows.

Brazos Bagel is returning to Houston, Humble, and Huntsville in January 2025!

2024 was a tough year. It was the toughest in a stretch of four really tough years. I almost lost it all, including my life. But with a lot of hard work, support, love and healing I made it through, with gratitude and hopefully some grace too. I learned much and let go.

With an unwavering passion for bagels and for community connection, Brazos is back! Join us for our first day back at The Groves (Buy Local Market)our longest-standing partner market, on Thursday, January 16, 2025! Come by for bagels, Summer Lane Coffee, and a smile while you shop local goods, or just swing by to say hello. Quantities will be limited as we scale back up, so don’t forget to preorder your bagels and coffee through the link in our bio. We’re thrilled to continue growing in partnership with Summer Lane Coffee! With nearly 20 years of experience, Lindsey’s dedication to craft coffee shines in every cup, especially her phenomenal cold brew—it’s truly the best we’ve ever had!

As we step into 2025, we’re returning to our roots: honoring our craft, focusing on quality ingredients, and staying true to the vision that defines Brazos Bagel.
