It is that time of year friends!! The new schedule is in the works!!! This year we are asking that you agree to honor your appointments meaning if you forget or miss an appointment you are responsible for it if you want to stay on the schedule. We currently have 3 groomers so it is easier to get your pup in but if you want secured dates were are ready for you!! If you have a groomer or day preference please let us know. If Appling please make sure you are ready for the commitment. All are spayed/neutered, current on shots and chipped. Consider none house trained. All need your help to acclimate to your lifestyle and home routine. All are good with respectful children. Every adoption saves atleast 2 lives as as soon as a kennel opens new animals in desperate need get to come in!! Saturday, December 2nd from 9:30-11:30 AM Santa will be at Humboldt Vet Clinic for pictures and to hear all the Christmas wishes of your furry friends! Be sure to bring your own camera so you can snap the next greatest Christmas card photo! Freewill donations of pet food, litter, toys or cleaning supplies will be collected for local shelters and rescues like Moffitt Animal Shelter, Peace Creek Animal Sanctuary & Rescue, Lazy J Reacue Ranch and Almost Home Iowa. These rescues and shelters will also have items available for purchase, so make sure you bring some of your Christmas spending money! Pictures with Santa will be taken in the back garage area of the Humboldt Veterinary Clinic. Watch for the signs directing you where to go! New this year, we will be doing a grand prize drawing at 11:00 AM for a chance at a $200 Humboldt Veterinary Clinic gift certificate AND $200 cash donated to the shelter or rescue of the winner’s choice!

Currently this doggie ick on the news isn't in our area🙏 We are hoping and praying that it just goes away. To prepare 🚨🚨 Make sure your pets are current and if older or have underline issues boosted for Kennel Cough and DHLPP.🚨🚨 Then if you want to chance getting your dogs groomed (anywhere) have them take your dogs coat short so you can skip a grooming we would much rather see you happy and healthy in the spring. We will be taking in extra grooming clientsright now even if you are on the schedule but you would like in sooner while it's still safe. For my regulars if you would like off the schedule please let me know we just want to help as many as we can while it's not here then encourage everyone to keep your pets home or away from other dogs while it is here. Be Safe and let us know how we can help!!

We care about your pets like our own, and this new virus is especially scary for us all. We want to share information and do what we can to help everyone stay healthy. Even though there haven't been any confirmed cases here in the Midwest, we need to stay informed and aware of what we can do to protect everyone. Your pets are more valuable than money to us, so the decision has been made that Boarding and Grooming will be closed with any confirmed case. This is terrifying for all of us, and we want all our clients to have a wonderful holiday season. So, as the holiday season is here, please make sure you have your pets current on all vaccinations and try to avoid social interactions with other dogs. Keep a close eye on your pets, and call your vet if you see any symptoms in your pet.

Veterinary laboratories in several states are investigating an unusual respiratory illness in dogs. Oregon, Colorado and New Hampshire are among the states that have seen cases of the illness.

We have 2 family's visiting to adopt this weekend let's get these babes homes too!!! Everyone has been spayed/neutered they all have a $200 adoption fee are current on shots and chipped!! I just want to take a moment to thank everyone for their love and support and also to any new friends if you didn't know we also have an animal rescue out here and when it rains it sure pours I've been bottle feeding kittens for a couple weeks and we just got a bunch of new rescues on top of the everyday care of the business and rescue. Again I can't thank you all enough for your business you are a big part of what keeps the rescue going ☮️🐾🧡

We suspect the Kennel cough has made its yearly stop here :/ Please let us know if your pet was here and is showing symptoms. Kennel cough usually shows up once a year its just a virus 10-14 days it'll go away ☮️💚🐾
