The holiday season is here, and we’re excited to share our special hours so you can plan your pet’s stay with us! 🎁 While our office will be closed on select days, our team is here every day, caring for our lodging pets with love and holiday cheer. 🎅🐶

Meet our staff spotlight for the month of November, Olivia! Olivia has been a part of the team here at Hershey for a little over a month now. Olivia was drawn to working in petcare because of her love of animals. At home, she has 2 dogs, an english springer spaniel named Bandit, and a mini- australian shepherd named Luna. Bandit is very energetic and lives life to the fullest! Luna is the sweetest thing and loves to show everyone lots of love! In her free time she enjoys sitting down with a good book, playing with her dogs, watching law and order, and going shopping with her friends. One of Olivia’s favorite things about working with pets is being able to watch them interact and play together. From the petites to the large dogs, she loves being outside with them during their play times and activities! One of her goals in life is to own a German Shepherd because they are her favorite dog breed! Some advice she would give to any of our new team members is that communication is crucial! Being supportive and helpful to one another is the key to a great work environment. Three traits that define Olivia are that she is hardworking, compassionate, and motivated. We are so lucky to have Olivia as a part of our team!

Meet the Pet of the Month for November, Callie and Rafferty!

This month we are spotlighting feline siblings who have been coming to Greenlin Hershey since 2021. Callie is a 13 year old Tortoiseshell and Rafferty is a 5 year old Tuxedo. Ever since their first boarding stay, they have been super comfortable and happy when they come! We are convinced that Greenlin is their favorite place to visit. When they are here, Rafferty is super fascinated in watching the dogs swim in the pool. Sometimes he will bat at them through the glass, but he never hisses. He also loves greeting the clients in the office through the window. Rafferty is a chatty guy. He is always asking for attention or food. Callie enjoys lots of ear scratches from the staff. She is a purring machine and will not let you stop giving her love! Callie and Rafterty love playing with the cat toys we provide for them when they are here. Around noon, Callie and Rafferty are usually ready for a cat nap. They like taking their naps on the cat tower. They love it so much that their owner got one for them at home. Their owner reported back to us that they don’t use the one she bought. Like dogs, Callie and Rafferty will do just about anything for treats! When Callie and Rafferty board with us, they usually are here for about a month. Some stays are shorter than others but we always love having them here. They have definitely become family to us!
