A little fun with the pups this evening after work.
Galway is the only one that went for a full swim tonight. In fact, every time I tried to get his picture, he would jump in the water.

Guinness is still looking for a new address with lots of fun activities. Smooth coat, classic black and white male. Just as sweet and sassy as they come.

The Seren x Vinny pups are 7 1/2 weeks old now and had their first vet visit today with Dr. Ritzman. She said they they were the best behaved puppies and everyone got a clean bill of health.
There are still a few boys left that need homes.
Classic black and white, 2 of them are rough coats, one is smooth. Full panel DNA clear through parentage.

Seren x Vinny pups will be 6 weeks old tomorrow.
I know, I’ve been super slack with posting pictures of them.
Seren really did hit the copy and paste button with this litter. They all look just like her except for the one red boy that took after his grandma Fern and great grandpa Rascal.
They are all very keen to learning new things, very treat motivated and the friendliest bunch of babies ever.

The Fern x Taff pups are 8 weeks old now and are starting to head off to their new homes this week. I took them to the Dog Supplies Warehouse for their weekly social outing on Saturday. While we were there, we got some special Easter pictures for their new owners. Thank you Trish Dole Photography for the great pictures and the awesome job you did getting the puppies to sit still long enough to get the pictures.

Seren would like to say Happy St Patrick’s Day and welcome to her beautiful bundle of 7 healthy babies. 5 boys and 2 girls.
I was way off on her expected due date since I wasn’t expecting these kids till next weekend.
Mom and babies are all doing wonderful.

The Fern x Taff pups are 6 weeks old now and doing so many amazing things.
They are doing great with potty training, learning some commands and meeting lots of new people. This is the best bunch of puppies.

The Fern x Taff pups are 5 weeks old today and experiencing some new firsts. They started the morning off with a bath then hopped in the car for an hour long drive to meet some new friends at the horse farm. They were absolutely perfect for the drive. Everybody was quiet and no one got car sick.
They got to have a picnic on the lawn and some playtime with mom. They were curious about my son using the air compressor tools, but didn’t seem to be scared of the noise.

The babies got their first bath last night. I don’t think they were impressed with my attempts to make them smell better. Lol. They got to go in a newly revamped play pen after the bath. They forgot all about the bath when they saw the new things in their pen.

The Fern x Taff pups are 1 week old today.
Their favorite things are eating, sleeping and making cute squeaky noises. They’re getting pretty good at scooting around the welping box.

Fern x Taff puppies are now three days old and are doing great. Everyone is eating well and growing like little weeds. Fern is being the best mother as always. Today we got out individual new born pictures.
This is going to be the Top Gun litter, so names will be given soon.
For now, enjoy some newborn cuteness.
One of the girls will be staying here. 😁

We have a HUGE announcement to make!
Things were very busy here this weekend. Fern blessed us with a beautiful litter of 8 healthy puppies on Sunday. Four boys and four girls. Mom and babies are all doing great.

Whoever said Border Collies are crazy all the time and never settle down, never met my crazy, crack heads. This is how we watch tv. As soon as I sit down, they all want to snuggle in my lap.

Fern x Clem (Taff) pups

I’m very excited about the happenings around here. Fern is 3 weeks away from her due date. We did an ultrasound on day 18 and saw at least 6 heartbeats, but it was too early to see any real structure. I’ll have an X-ray done in 2weeks for puppy count.
These puppies are specifically bred for sport or working homes.
Fern is CEA carrier
Taff is EAOD carrier

Picasso and I made an impromptu trip to Camden, SC to run FastCat with Time To Fly Performance Dogs Sports today. Thank you Time to Fly team for letting us run at the last minute. Picasso did great and earned his DCAT today.

Lake day with the Seren x Picasso puppies at 7 weeks old. These babies love to swim just like mom and dad. Garth is still looking for his new home.

Why do girls have to be so bossy. Seren usually bosses Picasso around, now she won’t let Fern in the water. 🙄😂

Vinny has finally learned how to swim without his life jacket!! He thinks it’s the most funnest thing ever since.. well, he got to herd sheep this morning. 🤣He’s like a kid at the pool when I tell him it’s time to go home . He runs from the beach to the pier and jumps in, looking at me like “catch me now sucka. Can’t make go in if I’m in the middle of the lake” 😂He need work on his diving skills, but we’ll get there. I’m just happy he likes to swim now.
