Unlike many grooming salons who treat the day as a “production line”, Mischievous Mutts limits the number of clients we see each day. This ensures your pet can spend quality time with their groomer. Our pet grooming professionals will lather, cleanse, and comfort your pet to the best of their abilities. You can expect a soft coat, filed nails, and a sweet smelling pet once done! Most pets are finished and ready to go home in about two hours - there’s no need for them to spend the whole day at the salon! 📢 Important Update from Mischievous Mutts 📢

We recently discovered an issue with our phone system that began earlier this year. Our auto-attendant was supposed to forward all calls from a single line to each groomers phone, ensuring we were always reachable. Unfortunately, the company that set it up failed to give us access to the auto-attendant voicemail so as we checked that it showed nothing in there. As a result, we believed all calls were being properly forwarded, but some voicemails were left in a system we couldn’t access.

We sincerely apologize for this oversight. We are currently going through the missed messages and returning calls as quickly as possible. While we understand that some of you may have moved on to a different groomer, we want to assure you that we truly appreciated the interest you showed in our services and never meant for you to feel ignored.

Hey everyone,

Its Whitley here and while its after thanksgiving i just wanted to tell all my clients how much i truly appreciate you guys.

Living with dysautonomia while being a groomer is a unique challenge, one that has taught me so much about perseverance, adaptation, and gratitude. Grooming isn’t just a job to me—it’s a passion. There’s something deeply rewarding about transforming a pet and seeing their wagging tails and happy faces when we’re done. But some days, my body doesn’t make it easy.

Dysautonomia means I have to navigate unpredictable symptoms, like dizziness, fatigue, low blood pressure and brain fog, all while staying focused and giving my best to every pet in my care. It’s not always smooth sailing, but I’m committed to doing everything I can for the pets and people who trust me.

To my incredible clients who have stood by me, thank you. Your kindness, understanding, and loyalty mean the world to me. It’s because of you—and the joy your pets bring—that I push through the tough days. I see your support, and it keeps me going.

This journey has its ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. You and your pets are my “why,” and I’m so grateful to be a part of your lives.

Mirabel Update: There have been no new reported sightings of her since Thursday afternoon, so we're going on 3 days with no news. Last sightings were in St. Anthony near the community center and near the fire station, and she no longer is wearing a harness or dragging a leash. With how scared this girl is, we are guessing that she is hunkered down in a barn, under a shed or deck, or just somewhere with a lot of good hiding spots away from people.

So how can you help us out? If you live in St. Anthony, check your property for small dog-sized hiding spots...barns, sheds, near wood piles, behind yard decorations, etc. If you see her, she will more than likely get spooked and run away, but at least we would have more information to go off of! If you live outside of the main part of town, still keep an eye out for her. Since we haven't seen her for a few days, for all we know, she could be heading out of town. So if you drive towards or live near Bretzville, Schnellville, or Birdseye, please keep a lookout in case she has traveled!

We already have multiple live traps set up throughout St. Anthony. But more sightings of her could help us find a better location to try to trap her! So if you see her, even from a distance, please please please reach out to us so that we can get this girl safe!
