"Hi! We posted this picture of this dog on our Ring app to let people know that there was a missing animal near us. Lot of people commented on it and said that they have seen the same exact dog wandering around their neighborhood in the month of December. Some have fed it and said it doesn’t have a collar and they already have several dogs so couldn’t take it in. I don’t think it has a home based upon peoples comments. . . It was wondering this morning between Holderby Rd and Glenway Lane which is near Cabell Huntington Hospital"
