Guess who's leaving Texas to head north for a new life?!

Rascal!

Sweet Rascal was dumped on the streets and would have likely frozen to death a month ago when our friend Val and her husband took him in temporarily to keep him safe. Living on the streets with him was also Rascals friend Molly. Molly will leave Texas after her heartworm treatment is complete.

We raised money and Home Run Hounds Animal Rescue, Inc. has promised him the brightest future with nothing but love and care going forward! He has an amazing foster home waiting in the northeast for him. 🥰

We will start accepting adoption applications for Rascal soon!

Simba and Willow..One year old bonded brother and sister. They sleep together, they cuddle with each other, they just love each other.

They also loved their human dad who saved them from a life on the street. But, sadly he died a couple months ago. 💔💔💔

Simba and Willow have been living with a fabulous foster, but it is time to find a forever home tor them.

They are around a year old. Neutered, spayed. Both vaccinated. They're in the northeast.

One year old tabby, Simba, is such a little sweetheart. 😍

He is in the market for a new home after his dad died suddenly a couple months ago.💔💔💔

Simba and his two littermates have been staying in the norththeast with a lovely foster. But, the time has come for them to find their forever homes!

Simba and his sister, Willow, are very attached to each other. They cuddle, sleep together and are very best friends. We would love to adopt them out together as a bonded pair. We know that may not be possible, but that's the wish!

Simba is a bit shy at first but is very friendly. After he knows you, you'll see a more confident kitty who wants to be pet and loved. He is vaccinated, neutered and litter box trained.

Meet one year old Jack! He is part of the three amigos who lost their father, suddenly, a couple months ago. 💔

Jack and his two littermates (Simba and Willow) have been staying with a wonderful, loving foster but they need their own home. Jack can be adopted alone as he loves to be king 👑 of the castle! He would be happy going to a home with OR without other cats!

Jack takes a little time to become comfortable with humans. He is a bit timid at first. Jack was torn away from the only human he ever knew when his dad died.

Can you give Jack the home he deserves? This little king doesn't need a BIG castle, just one with lots of love.❤️

One year old Willow is an orphan. Her dad died suddenly, leaving her and her two littermates, Jack & Simba behind. 🐈

Temporarily, Willow and her brothers are living in the northeast with a foster family. They are available for adoption and we are now accepting applications!

Willow does well around other cats and dogs. She is a sweet, playful princess 👸🏼 who is a bit timid at first but warms up and will love you forever. 💓

She is spayed, vaccinated and litter box trained.

Sequoia's owner has colon cancer and Sequoia needs a new home. 💔💔💔

Sequoia is 8 years old, around 85 Lbs, very sweet, vaccinated, spayed, crate trained, house trained, good with most large dogs.

Could you open your home to Sequoia so she doesn't have to go to a shelter? What a sad day that would be, watching this sweetheart go from a home to a cold shelter kennel.

Please don't let Sequoia go to a shelter....

Rascal, who was living on the streets of Houston, is leaving Texas for a new life! 🥳 He is headed north in a week! He needs a few things for traveling and also some things to have in his foster home!

For adoption!

LuLu is a little girl with a BIG personality! And she is certainly going to make someones home a happy one. 💕

LuLu was surrendered to a shelter by her previous owner because he did not have time for her. Home Run Hounds could not watch this sweet little doll sit in a shelter kennel, so we got her out of there and never looked back! She is now staying in Smithtown, NY with a loving foster family. 💜

LuLu is a cuddle bug. She loves a nice long walk or a great play session followed by a snuggly snooze with her humans. She is smart and learns very quickly. She is housebroken, vaccinated, spayed and fully grown at 14 Lbs. 😍

LuLu was attacked by a dog when she was with her previous owner and so she has a great fear of dogs. She does not do well around them, so she must be the only dog in your home. We do not know how she would be with cats.

LuLu would do well in a home with all adults OR adults and teenage kids. The reason for this is that she can be stubborn about giving up socks and things like socks that are naturally very important to her! (Lol)

LuLu knows "sit". She walks ok on leash. However, she likely never had any formal dog training. So she will need some dog training to make her the best LuLu she can be! Learning commands is good for a dogs soul. When they are praised for "good listening", a dogs confidence rises. This is what we want for all the dogs in our rescue. 🙂

Baby Ted (aka Teddy Bear, Ted, Ted Lasso) is not only adorable LOOKING, his personality is JUST AS AMAZING! He is the perfect combination of loving, funny, sweet and playful that you will ever meet.

Due to the horrendous conditions of over population in Houston, sweet Baby Ted sat in a cold shelter cage waiting for his ex*****on. Like so many dogs, Ted was due to be euthanized for no reason. There isn't enough room for all the stray dogs in Houston.

We pulled Baby Ted, and man, are we glad we did. This boy is so special. His sweet, soulful eyes tell you immediately that he is so thankful to humans who are kind and loving.

Baby Ted is about 8 months old and just weighed in at 40 Lbs. He is vaccinated, neutered and full of love to give. Ted LOVES other dogs and has ignored any cats he has met. He would do well in almost any type of loving home environment, kids included!
