Do you remember Daisy, who knocks on her neighbors door with her tail, so that they will give her milkbones? Well, can you take a guess where she is that she is so excited? And no, it's not the dog park.
Sweet Daisy was about 24 hours away from being euthanized with 5 other dogs at a shelter of horrors in Cotulla, Texas. @homerunhoundsanimalrescue saved her life but her mama has given her the BEST life. π₯°

Y'all remember Daisy, who was dumped at an unfunded shelter of horrors, in southern Texas?
After we pulled her and had her treated medically, she stayed with foster extraordinaire Toni in Killeen, Texas. Toni pulled all the ticks out of Daisy's body and nursed her back to health.
From there, Daisy made the long trip to Long Island. She landed the BEST HOME possible with the most amazing mama who loves her to pieces.
Here she is, going to visit her favorite neighbor to ask for a treat.

Eden was confiscated from a terrible situation in Houston and was brought to the shelter. Because of over population, Eden was placed on the euthanasia list.
At only 8 months old, we needed to see her live. She had an old injury to her leg but that didn't make her worthless. We saved her and she stayed with our very amazing foster in Waller, Texas. Eden saw an orthopedist who ruled out surgery due to the location of the injury. She is very mobile and is a happy puppy.
Last month, One of our very good friends in Long Island reached out to us and said that he thinks it may be time for his newly widowed dad to bring a new best friend into his home.
This would be very possible. But, we thought, who would be the best match for him? Almost immediately, we knew.... Eden!
Well, this past weekend, brave little Eden hopped on a transport van and made her way to Long Island.
It was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!!
This could not have been a better match.
Eden's new dad loves her so much and has a spark back in his eye- one that seemed to have left him when his loving wife was called home.
As they say, "la famiglia Γ¨ tutto"....
Family is everything.
And Eden now has one, forever. β€οΈ

Lucas, who we rescued from euthanasia at San Antonio Animal Shelter is in bad shape. The only reason he is alive is because a wonderful foster came forward to give him LOTS of love!
He has TAR on his head.
