Very excited to announce that we have officially, for the first time, sent animals that were born and raised on our farm to a full service USDA processing plant . Meatworks of Southern New England. This will allow us to sell individual cuts of our home grown heritage pork right here at the farm. Should have our meat available sometime in early October. Stay tuned for updates. What a great day for us! Vera rocked it with her Swiss, Fiona’s Holstein was very spicy and challenging but they hung in there, and Myles’ jersey had improved behavior from last weekend.
