Happy Monday!

We have recently had in increase in no-shows and same day cancellations. When this happens, we don’t have the time needed to contact wait list clients and fill that spot, and we lose valuable revenue. With this uptick in no-shows we want to remind you that any no-show or same day cancellation is subject to a fee of 100% of the missed service. We understand that life happens and some things are out of our control, we just ask for communication.

Going forward, we will require a card be kept on file in our system. We use square for payment processing and everything is secure. Should you no-show an appointment, the non-refundable fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

On the same note, if your pet is left for daycare but the grooming fee is paid ahead of time, we will use the card on file for the daycare or stay & play fee.

We appreciate each and every client & we look forward to continuing to grow and love on the cutest dogs in Huntsville. 💕
